Corporate Social Responsibility

Our philosophy is to build confidence – not only towards our customers, but also at the level of social responsibility. Therefore UTAL is actively engaged in ecological activities and local community social life. The activities in this field are included in the management of the company and, apart from econmic aspirations, are an integral component of our policy. That is why we support the local community since many years and we have taken part in social actions of national level, to which we consign significant amounts of money.

We are environmentally friendly, we benefit from renewable energy, we introduce modern, environmentally friendly production processes. We have put in operation a ground-coupled heat exchanger and air recuperation for the ventilation of the  production halls, energy recycling f. ex. heat recovery as well as air conditioning (cooling) in the summer.

We are a regular sponsor of the Association of Friends of Children of Special Care named after Leszek Grajek and football club “Piast Kobylnica”. For many years, we have been taking part in the annual campaign of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation. We have been involved in the reconstruction of the Royal Castle in Poznań and many, many other charity campaigns

We promote a healthy lifestyle: we take part in sports competitions, runs or triathlons. Every year, we are not only a sponsor, but we also participate in the Szpot run at a distance of 10 km.
