Laser Marking Station

Thanks to this compact and adaptable module, the additional security features can be easily applied on the front side of license plates. The station can apply various types of markings, e.g. the identification number of the manufacturer of the blank or the personalized license plate, the country’s identification symbol or the marking showing the proper location of the legalization sticker.

The Laser Marking Station is designed for marking the ready to use license plates using laser optic sources with wavelenght of 1060-1070 nm. The marking module is equipped with a scanning and marking head (so-called galvo, i.e. microserves driving mirrors).

The laser head is enclosed with protective cover equipped with a laser filter glass, which ensures work safety.

Marking area, marking range, sign simulation and focal length setting is done by means of a red projection laser.

The Laser Marking Station contains a work table and the particular positioning drawer, which contains a set of shaped plates that allow for repetetive positioning of the license plates.
